Clarke Quay is one one of the places we chose to visit for our heritage trail.Clarke Quay is a historical riverside quay in Singapore, located within the Singapore River planning area.The quay is situated upstream from the mouth of the Singapore River and Boat Quay. |
Barge Lighters used to transport cargo between Boat Quay and the warehouses at Clarke Quay. Today, bumboats ply along the same route, but for river cruises and river taxis.
